According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:
A 33-year-old Warrenville man reported Tuesday another man was threatening him and trying to initiate a fight on Augusta Road.
A 56-year-old Warrenville woman called police Tuesday claiming a 31-year-old woman had assaulted her during an altercation at her Amazing Grace Road residence.
A 71-year-old Aiken woman reported a woman had been allowed into her Gregory Road home Tuesday to get some personal items, but the woman stole several items from her bedroom. The woman said she was not home at the time and her husband had let the woman inside.
A 62-year-old Windsor woman called police Tuesday claiming someone broke into the shed behind her Cedar Road residence.
Deputies charged a 31-year-old Warrenville man Tuesday with possession of meth with intent to distribute after he was searched for walking through people’s yards on Barrett Street.
A 71-year-old Graniteville man reported Tuesday a North Augusta woman had assaulted him at his Todd Avenue home for taking her truck and getting drunk.
A 61-year-old Aiken woman called police Tuesday claiming someone stole her vehicle while it was parked outside her Rushton Road residence.
An 85-year-old Aiken woman reported Tuesday two unknown men stole items from her purse at her Kemberly Drive home. The woman said the two men rang her doorbell and said they were selling quilts. When she told them no, the men asked if they could have some water. She said she went to get them water and found them inside her living room without permission. The men then left, which is when she noticed the missing items.
