ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) _ Mike Miller, who last month declared for the NBA draft, has hired an agent, ending any chance he can change his mind and return to Florida.

The 6-foot-8 forward will be represented by Arn Tellem, the newspaper Florida Today reported Wednesday.

Miller was in Orlando on Tuesday, working out for the Magic.

``Mike Miller is going to be very good in time,'' Magic director of player personnel Gary Brokaw said before the workout. ``He fills a lot of needs because he knows how to play. He's a good athlete and he can shoot.''

Earlier this month, authorities in Gainesville filed a complaint against New Jersey agent Andy Miller. He is accused of making dozens of phone calls to Mike Miller while he was still playing for Florida.

Andy Miller, not related to Mike Miller, is charged with unlicensed agent activity.
