Kingston Man Pleads Not Guilty To Criminal Homicide

WILKES-BARRE — A Kingston man accused of beating his girlfriend to death pleaded not guilty Tuesday to a count of criminal homicide. Dana Ganjeh, 39, of 71 Price St., is charged with murdering Linda Frick, 56, who was found dead in a vehicle outside his home Aug. 4. Frick died of multiple traumatic injuries, including fractured ribs, brain bleeding and internal bleeding. After Ganjeh entered his plea, Luzerne County Judge David W. Lupas indicated he would issue a scheduling order to set a trial at another date. Ganjeh is being held without bail at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility. — JAMES HALPIN
