Police: Student who made threats to school identified
WOODSTOCK, Vt. (AP) — Police in Vermont say they have identified a student who they say made possible online threats to a high school.
Woodstock police tell WCAX-TV they received a call Tuesday from Woodstock Union High School staff about a student who may have made a threat on social media. Authorities say administrators responded with the school’s security procedure.
Police say no students or staff were injured. The nature of the alleged threats weren’t disclosed.
An investigation is ongoing.
