N.J. ballot question results: $500 million for vo-tech, school security appears headed for approval

A New Jersey ballot question to issue $500 million in bonds, primarily for expanding vocational technical programs and installing security measures at school buildings, appeared to be headed for approval late Tuesday.

Titled the “Securing Our Children’s Future Bond Act,” the measure appeared to have passed, with votes to approve the measure leading by 70,000 late Tuesday.
