Ray Thomas Kelly, 66, 203 S. Washington Ave., Apt. 5, Ludington, pleaded guilty in 51st Circuit Court Tuesday to two counts of criminal sexual conduct second degree and one count of criminal sexual conduct first degree.

If Judge Susan K. Sniegowski follows a plea and sentence agreement, Kelly could face a 135 to 360 months in prison.

As part of the plea agreement, Kelly would have two additional charges of criminal sexual conduct first degree dismissed.

According to the Ludington Police Department, the victim in the case was an 8-year-old child.

The incidents allegedly occurred between April 22 and July 5 of this year in the 200 block of South Washington Avenue and the 5400 block of West Johnson Road in Pere Marquette Township.

Kelly admitted to the court Tuesday that he did commit sexual penetration with his finger at both locations in reference to each of the three charges he plead guilty to.

Police did not comment on the nature of the victim’s relationship to Kelly.
