Keystone State Wrestling returns to Sharpsburg for Ferraro Tournament

November 10, 2018

Keystone State Wrestling Alliance (KSWA) stars BROHemoth, “The King” Del Douglas and Justin Sane will climb into the ring for a Nov. 3 fundraiser to benefit Sharpsburg Volunteer Fire Department.

The wrestlers are back for the sixth annual Mario Ferraro Sr. Memorial Tournament, an entertaining event that has raised thousands to benefit borough firefighters.

The event is at 7 p.m. at the Sharpsburg fire hall, 1611 Main Street.

Cost is $10 for the family friendly match.

Fire Department Assistant Chief Mike Daniher said the yearly fundraiser has been a significant help to the department.

“Each year our department responds to about 275 calls,” he said.

“This year we are already at that point due to the many floods we experienced this summer.”

Proceeds will help cover equipment repairs. Call for tickets at 412-726-1762.
