Correction

A public record item in the Friday, Aug. 24, item incorrectly reported that Mario Dominguez, 46, had been cited on a charge of possession of marijuana. Dominguez was only cited on a charge of possession of open container.

July 23

Police investigated a child abuse report. No criminal activity was disclosed during an interview.

July 26

Anthony Lee Ostendorf, 39, of Gering, was cited on a charge of driving under suspension in the 1000 block of Broadway.

Police investigated a burglary reported by a construction company, Sampson Construction, of Cheyenne, Wyoming.

July 27

Police investigated a disturbance. An address was not noted in the media report.

Police investigated a theft in the 1700 block of East Portal Place.

In the 700 block of West 26th Street, Lionardo Ramirez, 30, of Scottsbluff, was cited on charges of criminal mischief, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police investigated a burglary in the 2600 block of Avenue A.

Police investigated a disturbance in the 1300 block of Avenue C.

July 28

In the 1400 block of Second Avenue, David Retzer, 21, was arrested on two Scotts Bluff County warrants.

James Halstead, 32, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

Jose J. Ramirez, 22, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and obstruction of a police officer.

At the intersection of 10th Avenue and East 17th Street, Stephen Livermont, 67, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a charge of possession of open container.

In the 400 block of East 15th Street, Isaiah Choffel, 18, of Scottsbluff, was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana.

July 29

Gerardo Sierra, 25, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence in the 900 block of East 15th Street.

In the 1700 block of First Avenue, Daniel Ferrin-Birt, 20, of Gering, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, and possession of drug equipment.

Amanda M. Pourier, 34, was sentenced to three days in jail and fined $150 on a charge of possession of an open container and failure to appear/comply with citation.

July 25

Stephen Livermont, 67, was fined $150 on a charge of possession of an open container.

Brielle Wilmore, 27, was fined $150 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Candace M. Garcia, 35, was fined $1,060 on a charge of third-degree domestic assault.

Two counts of second-degree forgery against Luciano R. Montanez, 19, were dismissed.

Tera Carter, 35, was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $422.92 on a charge of theft by deception.

Stanley J. Loebig, 58, was fined $350 on a charge of driving under suspension and failure to appear or comply with citation.

Zachary S. Meyer, 34, was sentenced to three days in jail and fined $300 on a charge of disturbing the peace.

Cody S. Mason, 19, was fined $451 on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
