Flood advisory: DeKalb, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben
The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for parts of DeKalb, LaGrange, Noble and Steuben counties until 11 p.m.
At 8:06 p.m., radar indicated heavy rain because of thunderstorms, the weather service said. Up to 2 inches of rain already has fallen, and an additional inch is possible through 9 p.m.
Locations that will experience flooding include Kendallville, Ligonier, Waterloo, Rome City, Topeka, Wolcottville, Ashley, Hudson, Corunna, Brimfield, Honeyville and Big Long Lake.
