29-year-old airman charged with multiple sex crimes involving child
A 29-year-old airman is facing multiple sex-related charges involving a child under the age of 13.
William Kyle James, of 1526 Hurst Drive in Fayetteville, is charged with two counts of first-degree statutory sex offense and two counts of indecent liberties with a child. James is a member of the United States Air Force.
The alleged crimes happened between Jan. 22 and May 25, according to the Holly Springs Police Department.
James is also charged with two counts of misdemeanor cruelty to animals. An arrest warrant said he intentionally deprived two dogs of “necessary sustenance.”
He is being held on a $1,000,002 bond.
