New Haven woman charged by Milford police
MILFORD — A New Haven woman was charged after she got into a crash and allegedly lied to officers about not being the driver, police said.
Nicole Moynihan, 31, of New Haven, was charged with operating under suspension, failure to grant right of way and interfering with an officer.
Police took Moynihan into custody on Thursday in connection with an incident last July. The department said Moynihan was accused of driving a car under suspension that was involved in a crash on Old Gate Lane on July 25, 2017.
During the accident, police said, Moynihan allegedly claimed to be the passenger in the car.
