is a patent litigator in Ulmer’s Cincinnati office who has extensive experience with cases involving intellectual property claims as well as complex business disputes. His experience covers a wide range of technologies, and he has represented clients in matters across the United States, including the largest patent multidistrict litigation in history. He is the co-chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s IP Litigation Committee and writes regularly on a variety of intellectual property topics. He has received numerous accolades, including recognition by Best Lawyers® as the 2019 Lawyer of the Year for Patent Litigation in Cincinnati, and being named repeatedly to the Ohio Super Lawyers list for Intellectual Property and Litigation. He received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he now serves as an adjunct professor.
