Warrant arrests

The Mason County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 31-year-old Ludington woman for an outstanding warrant at 5:12 p.m. Tuesday in the city of Ludington.

The Mason County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49-year-old Ludington female for an outstanding criminal bench warrant at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at Pere Marquette Highway and Conrad Road in Pere Marquette Township.

OWI

The Mason County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 27-year-old Ludington male for operating while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 9:42 p.m. Tuesday at U.S. 10 east of Pere Marquette Highway in Pere Marquette Township.

Retail Fraud

The Mason County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of retail fraud at 7:26 a.m. Wednesday at Walmart.

Vehicle accidents

The Mason County Sheriff’s Office responded to a one-car property damage accident at 10:19 a.m. Tuesday at Angling Road and Jebavy Drive in Hamlin Township.

The Ludington Police Department cited an 84-year-old Ludington male for a property damage accident at 1:14 p.m. Wednesday at Loomis and Harrison streets.

Alarm activation

The Mason County Sheriff’s Office reported an alarm activation at 3:36 p.m. Tuesday in Summit Township.

Car-deer

The Mason County Sheriff’s Office responded to two car-deer crashes Wednesday:

• at 6:50 a.m. at U.S. 10 and Maple Road in Branch Township;

• at 9:23 p.m. at U.S. 31 and Forest Trail Road in Free Soil Township.

The Michigan State Police Hart Post responded to a car-deer crash at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Tyler Road in Eldbridge Township.
