Mississippi House roll call vote on creating state lottery

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) — The Mississippi House voted Monday to reject a bill to create a state lottery, with 60 members voting no and 54 voting yes. A yes vote was to pass the bill, while a no vote was to defeat the bill.
