Troy Hill woman injured in home invasion
A woman was injured early Friday morning when a man forced his way into her Troy Hill home, according to Pittsburgh police.
The woman was asleep in her Lowrie Street home about 2:30 a.m. when an unknown man forced his way in, according to Public Safety spokesman Chris Togneri.
The two fought, and the man took off, Togneri said.
The woman, who police did not identify, received minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.
Police are investigating. No arrests have been made.
