Linda Hudson, Harris County’s deputy assistant director for the housing and community resource center, said there have been six confirmed homes in unincorporated Harris County that sustained damage from the recent floods.
Hudson said at this point Harris County is not expecting any state or federal funding as this is a local event being served with local resources, according to Hudson.
For those who are not able to go to the disaster recovery center can call 832-927-4955.
