LEXINGTON, Ky. _ A larger-than-life bronze memorial to the famous racehorse Secretariat is coming to Lexington this fall. The Lexington Herald-Leader reports , sculptor Jocelyn Russell is constructing a statue of the 1973 Triple Crown winner.
