Broken window leads to jail time for Havasu woman

A 44-year-old woman who allegedly threw rocks through a window during an argument with a 9-year-old and her babysitter was arrested Friday by Lake Havasu City Police.

According to police reports, Alicia Louise Bradford, of Havasu, faces criminal damage and disorderly conduct charges after she threw rocks through the window of a house on Moyo Drive. Bradford was allegedly arguing with a 9-year-old girl and her babysitter at the house.

According to the report, Bradford went to the house to talk with her friend. She told police the 9-year-old was being rude to her. The babysitter told police she told Bradford to leave, when Bradford started yelling at her and threw rocks at the window, breaking it. No injuries were reported. Police said Bradford appeared to be intoxicated at the time of her arrest.
