DA identifies victim of Heath crash as Buckland woman
HEATH, Mass. (AP) — Authorities have released the name of the woman who died when the car she was in slammed into a tree in western Massachusetts.
The Northwestern district attorney on Tuesday identified the victim of the crash in Heath at about 7:45 p.m. Sunday as 20-year-old Autumn Walsh, of Buckland.
A 21-year-old Colrain woman and a 28-year-old man from Hinsdale, New Hampshire were taken to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield with serious injuries. Their names have not been disclosed.
Investigators are trying to determine who was operating the vehicle at the time of the crash. The investigation continues.
