Police make arrest in north Omaha shooting death
OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — Police say they’ve made an arrest in the shooting death of a man in north Omaha.
Police said Thursday that 28-year-old Anthony Harlan was arrested in the early Saturday morning shooting death of 41-year-old Trinity Briggs.
Briggs was booked Thursday into the Douglas County Jail on suspicion of first-degree murder, possession of a stolen gun and other weapons counts.
Police say officers were called around 3:40 a.m. Saturday to a report of a shooting and found Briggs dead at the scene.
