AMES — Iowa State coach Matt Campbell will hold an impromptu news conference on Wednesday — and he’ll be joined by athletic director Jamie Pollard for what’s being billed as a “special announcement.” It could be about the facility upgrades Campbell was promised when he agreed to a new 6-year contract.
