VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) _ Northwest Pipe Co. (NWPX) on Thursday reported a loss of $5.7 million in its second quarter.

The Vancouver, Washington-based company said it had a loss of 59 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for restructuring costs, were 53 cents per share.

The steel pipe maker posted revenue of $28.8 million in the period.

Northwest Pipe Co. shares have risen slightly since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 32 percent in the last 12 months.
