‘Ceci’s African Kitchen’ Cookbook Signing

Ceci Tadfor will sign copies of her new cookbook, Ceci’s African Kitchen. Before the signing, starting at 10 a.m., she’ll lead a $95 hands-on cooking course featuring specialties from her homeland of Cameroon, West Africa, including peanut soup, black-eye fritters with hot sauce, catfish stew, sautéed spinach with tomato, fried plantains and puff puff with cinnamon sugar.
