The Herald-Dispatch WHEELERSBURG, Ohio - Trent Salyers threw a 28-hard touchdown pass to Tanner Holden on the first play from scrimmage and began a Wheelersburg 48-0 rout of Heath in a game called at halftime because of lightning. Evan Horsley followed with a 1-yard touchdown run to boost the Pirates lead to 14-0. Salyers and Holden teamed up again with 1:30 left in the first quarter to make it 21-0. Horsley scores again from the 12 with 9:55 left until halftime to make it 28-0. Salyers scores on a 1-yard keeper 5:21 before halftime to give Wheelersburg a 35-0 lead. With 3:55 left in the first half, Salyers scored again on an 8-yard run to boost the margin to 41-0. Ashton Clevengers 18-yard TD run with 2:25 left until halftime set the score. <ct:Bold>POINT PLEASANT 61, WARREN LOCAL 0:<ct:> Brady Adkins rushed eight times for 176 yards and scored three touchdowns in the home victory for the Big Blacks (3-0). Adkins scored on runs of 14, 15 and 55 yards to lead the offensive attack while Nick Parsons also chipped in three touchdown runs of his own in the blowout.
