Stolen auto, burglary listed among HPD reports

HUNTINGTON — The following information was provided by reports from the Huntington Police Department:

The Huntington Police Department listed nine new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Tuesday, according to a report made available at www.HPDWV.com. Huntington Police Department officials determine which incident reports are made available to the media, so these are the only known details:

Possession of contraband, 11:40 p.m. Monday, 200 block of West 8th Avenue.

Possession of a controlled substance and warrant service/execution, 7:43 p.m. Monday, 200 block of Short Street.

Driving under the influence/habitual user, 6:10 p.m. Monday, 4th Street and 7th Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, 4:28 p.m. Monday, Hal Greer Boulevard and 12th Avenue.

Fugitive from justice, obstructing an officer, fleeing from an officer, no vehicle registration and possession of a controlled substance, 3:30 p.m. Monday, 400 block of West 3rd Street.

Warrant service/execution, 3:11 p.m. Monday, 100 block of 5th Avenue.

Stolen auto/auto theft, 12:01 a.m. Monday, 200 block of West 8th Avenue.

Burglary and entry of dwelling or outhouse, midnight Dec. 9, 1000 block of 9th Avenue.

Deceased person, 8 a.m. Monday, 800 block of 28th Street.

The following information was provided by booking records at the Western Regional Jail:

Dorian Alon Jordan, 43, was incarcerated at 6:10 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him in connection with an outstanding warrant. Bond was not set.

Richard Keith Leegan, 35, was incarcerated at midnight Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a home confinement violation. Bond was not set.

Jacee Lynn Meadows, 38, was incarcerated at 11:55 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with a home confinement violation. Bond was not set.

William Isacc Staten, 24, was incarcerated at 4:30 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with escape. Bond was $20,000 surety or cash.

Crystal M. Virgin, 35, was incarcerated at 6:10 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with fleeing and being a fugitive from justice. Bond was not set.

Zachary Porter Griggs, 29, was incarcerated at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a home confinement violation. Bond was not set.

Steven Allan France, 42, was incarcerated at 8:40 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with grand larceny, driving on a revoked license for driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, warrant for DUI and breaking and entering. Bond was $45,000 surety or cash.

Gary Wayne Scott II, 34, was incarcerated at 12:31 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him in connection with an outstanding warrant. Bond was not set.
