Police offering $50,000 reward for information in homicide case
NORWALK — Connecticut authorities are offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for the 2011 killing of Rickita Smalls and Iroquois Alston.
Smalls and Alston were shot and killed on August 6, 2011 on Avenue B in Norwalk. Police are still investigating the incident.
