Holiday edition: 2 beer and food chats on WTAM with Bill Wills

CLEVELAND, Ohio – This week, our weekly 5-minute chat on WTAM is actually a pair of 5-minute chats with Bill Wills. We cover Fat Head’s Brewery, Great Lakes Christmas Ale in July, Thirsty Dog Brewing’s special local beer released this week, Fresh Start Diner in Twinsburg and the new Cleveland Brewery Passport.

Thirsty Dog Brewing to release beer made with malts processed locally

Akron’s Thirsty Dog Brewing Co. is releasing 330 IPA made with malts processed in Medina County. This gives brewers a bit of control over what’s going in their beer, and it keeps ingredients truly local. Tapping is in Cleveland and Akron on Thursday, July 5.
