Officials investigating blaze at gas station
MANCHESTER, Conn. (AP) — Fire officials in Connecticut are investigating a fire that damaged a gas station over the weekend.
WVIT-TV reports the fire happened at the United Fuel station in Manchester Sunday. Authorities say the blaze started in the rear area of the building near propane tanks.
The gas station clerk turned off an emergency switch before anyone was hurt.
Officials say the store was damaged in the fire.
The cause of the blaze is unclear. An investigation continues.
