HEALTH INSURANCE MANDATE-VERMONT
The state of Vermont is poised to require that all residents have health insurance. Last week Republican Gov. Phil Scott quietly signed into law a bill that will include a penalty for those who don’t have insurance. The Legislature is required to write the rules for the law that takes effect in 2020.
