Police identify woman killed in Mass. crash
SHREWSBURY, Mass. (AP) — Police have identified the 22-year-old woman who died in a car crash in Shrewsbury.
Police tell the Telegram & Gazette that Lindsey Demoranville, of Grafton, was pronounced dead at the UMass Memorial Medical Center shortly after the car she was driving collided with another vehicle driven by a Worcester woman. The accident happened Wednesday night on Route 140, shutting the roadway down for several hours.
The other driver was treated for minor injuries after the crash, which remains under investigation.
