New Charges for Ex-janitorfacing Rapeallegation

FITCHBURG — A former Leominster School District custodian charged with raping a 15-year-old girl in March was arraigned Monday in District Court on two additional charges for sexually assaulting the same girl in Fitchburg, according to court documents.

In mid-March, Christopher A. Zayas, 32, of 57 River St., Leominster, was charged with three counts of aggravated rape and three counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older, for allegedly touching the victim against her will on two occasions between Jan. 1 and Feb. 18 and raping her on three separate occasions at a Leominster motel.
