RIDGELAND, Miss. (AP) — Multiple tenants of an apartment complex in a Jackson suburb are looking for new homes after a fire destroyed their units.

Local media report two Ridgeland firefighters received minor injuries fighting the Thursday night blaze at the Sunchase Apartments.

WJTV-TV reports one firefighter twisted and possibly fractured his ankle. Debris fell on a second firefighter, who was examined for bruised ribs.

Newlyweds Joshua and Jasmine McCaskill say they lost everything, including Jasmine McCaskill's wedding dress and the couple's marriage license.

Joshua McCaskill, though, says he's grateful he and his wife weren't injured.
