GlobalTranz CEO to Share M&A Expertise at Major Freight Technology Event

ATLANTA, May 02, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GlobalTranz Enterprises, Inc., a leading technology and third-party logistics solutions company providing award-winning Transportation Management System (TMS) products to shippers, logistics service providers and carriers, today announced chief executive officer Renee Krug will discuss mergers and acquisitions (M&A) at Transparency19 on May 6 in Atlanta, GA.

Krug has been selected to participate in a Transparency19 CEO M&A panel due to her track record of completing successful acquisitions.
