WILLIAM RONALD NAPIER JR., “Billy,” 43, passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, from injuries sustained in an accident on July 14, 2018. Billy was born February 18, 1975, in Huntington, W.Va. He graduated from Wayne High School and Marshall University. He was a resident of Wake Forest, N.C. He was employed as an IT Project Manager for Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas since July 2016 and worked at St. Mary’s Medical Center for 16 years. He was an avid outdoorsman who thoroughly enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, kayaking and biking. He was a true Marshall football fan. His love for his family was unwavering. He is survived by his wife, Sandra; three daughters, Miranda, Taylor and Kristin; his brother, Andrew; mother, Betty; and his puppy, Ruby. He is also survived by a niece, many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, William Napier, grandparents, Lester and Winona Haynes, and Irene Napier. Visitation will be held Friday, August 10, from 6 to 8 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Proctorville, Ohio, with a brief service from 7:30 to 8 p.m.; Pastor Jeff Black will officiate. Bright Funeral Home, Wake Forest, is assisting his family.
