Man Arrested For Threatening To Kill Woman And Her Kids
SCRANTON — A 40-year-old Scranton man in the middle of a custody battle threatened to kill a woman and her children Monday, city police charged.
Stanley Suckoo, 1018 Clay Ave., is charged with terroristic threats and stalking, according to a criminal complaint filed by Patrolman Eric Jordan.
Suckoo had been demanding Debra Brzenski return his son, Marvin Odom.
Brzenski recorded one conversation in which Suckoo is clearly heard shouting, “I’ll kill you and your kids.”
She told police that he also threatened to set her home on fire.
Suckoo is in Lackawanna County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled 12:15 p.m. Tuesday.
