WASHINGTON — No one budged at President Donald Trump’s closed-door meeting with congressional leaders Wednesday, so the partial government shutdown persisted through Day 12 over his demand for billions of dollars to build a wall along the U.S. border with Mexico. _ INTERSTATE 17-FATAL COLLISION: A deadly crash closed southbound Interstate 17 near Sunset Point north of Black Canyon City for about four hours Thursday morning, causing a long backup of traffic on the route between metro Phoenix and northern Arizona’s high country.
