HUNTINGTON — The following information was provided by police reports from the Huntington Police Department:
The Hunting ton Police Department listed 19 new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Friday, according to the printout released by the department. However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details:
Information report — open door, 1:18 a.m. Friday, 400 block of 7th Avenue, Guyandotte.
Burglary, entry of dwelling or outhouse, 2:10 a.m. Friday, 2600 block of North Terrace.
Assault, 1:30 a.m. Friday, 2400 block of 3rd Avenue.
Warrant service/execution, possession of a controlled substance, 1:17 a.m. Friday, 25th Street and Davis Street.
Possession of contraband, possession of a controlled substance, 12:56 a.m. Friday, West 7th Street and Adams Avenue.
Warrant service/execution, 11:24 p.m. Thursday, 300 block of 34th Street, Guyandotte.
Robbery — first degree, 9:07 p.m. Thursday, 300 block of Norway Avenue.
Petit larceny, fraudulent use of a credit card — value less than $1,000, 11:30 p.m. Monday, 800 block of 14th Street.
Possession of a controlled substance, DUI less than 0.150, 2:49 p.m. Thursday, 10th Avenue and 11th Street.
Shoplifting — first and second offense, 12:30 p.m. Thursday, 2600 block of 5th Avenue.
Battery, 11 p.m. Wednesday, 600 block of Marcum Terrace.
Information report, 10:42 a.m. Thursday, 900 block of 8th Street.
Fugitive from justice, 11:16 a.m. Thursday, 900 block of Madison Avenue.
Stolen auto/auto theft, 6 p.m. Dec. 13, 2900 block of 6th Avenue.
Malicious or unlawful assault, 8 a.m. Thursday, 2800 block of 5th Avenue.
Runaway juvenile, 9 a.m. Thursday, 1200 block of 6th Avenue.
Petit larceny, 4 p.m. Sunday, 800 block of 8th Street.
Breaking and entering auto, receiving or transferring stolen goods, 3:37 a.m. Thursday, 30th Street and 3 1/2 alley.
Disorderly conduct, profane swearing and drunkenness in public, burglary tools, 1:58 a.m. Thursday, 10th Street and 4th Avenue.
The following information was provided by booking records kept at Western Regional Jail:
Jonathan Michael Henderson, 27, was jailed at 7 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy. Bond was not set.
Matthew Scott Smith, 47, was jailed at 4:50 p.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with home confinement violation, receiving stolen vehicles, driving under the influence and obstructing. An outstanding warrant was also served. Bond was set at $22,000.
Timothy Paul Whittington, 40, was jailed at 3:20 p.m. Friday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with fugitive from justice and driving under the influence. Bond was not set.
