INCAPACITATED WOMAN-BIRTH

PHOENIX _ A former nurse charged with sexually assaulting an incapacitated woman who later gave birth at a long-term care facility in Phoenix has appealed a court order requiring a test to determine if he has HIV or other sexually transmitted diseases. An attorney for Nathan Sutherland argues the test would violate his client’s protections against unreasonable searches and seizures. _BUCKEYE-FATAL MOTORCYCLE CRASH_ Police in Buckeye are investigating a crash involving two motorcycles that has left one person dead.

_IN-CUSTODY DEATH_ Authorities in Arizona say a man who died in January while in custody at the Coconino County jail in Flagstaff suffered from pneumonia caused by strep throat.
