ANIMAL OFFENSES, BULLHEAD CITY — Joshua David Allendorf, 34, was cited a few weeks ago by animal care and welfare officers for not providing water for his unlicensed dogs. Officers went back Wednesday to the 1700 block of Forest Drive for a welfare check, police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said. The dogs’ outside water bucket was tied up and knocked over, she said. Allendorf has not followed orders to supply the dogs with enough water or a water supply they cannot spill. Allendorf was not home. Fromelt said he will be issued a summons to court for charges of having an unlicensed dog, neglect and tags required.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, BULLHEAD CITY — Matthew Wayne Smith, 35, was arrested Wednesday after police reportedly saw drug paraphernalia in plain view in his residence the 1900 block of Robson Circle. He was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and released.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Tiffany Dianne Brown, 36, was arrested Wednesday in the 1700 block of Diamond Drive on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Dylan Scott Mazy, 26, was arrested Wednesday in the 2100 block of Buccaneer Drive on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Jennifer Marie Brown, 28, was arrested Wednesday in the 1400 block of Orilla Avenue on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARRESTS, BULLHEAD CITY — Misty Ann Dyer, 32, and Jessie Hernandez-Santoyo, 36, were arrested Wednesday in the 400 block of Malibu Drive on outstanding misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear. Each was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT, BULLHEAD CITY — Anthony George Lockwood, 39, was arrested Wednesday after reportedly yelling profanities and refusing to leave the emergency room at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center after being discharged. He was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Jesse Wilson Hosmun II, 47, was arrested Wednesday in the 1700 block of Paseo Del Playa on outstanding misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear and failure to pay fines. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Travis Walker Bonnette, 31, was arrested Wednesday in the 1800 block of Tejon Drive on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Barry Jay Corcoran, 56, was arrested Wednesday in the 1500 block of Taylor Road on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Gregory Martin Delory, 51, was arrested Wednesday in the 300 block of Santa Maria Avenue on an outstanding felony warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Michael Joseph Labarbera, 35, was arrested Wednesday near the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and Sea Creek Drive after police reportedly saw him riding a small dirt bike without any lights. He was arrested on outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear. Labarbera was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — David Joseph Lopez, 56, was arrested Thursday near Hancock Road and Coral Reef Drive on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Christopher Michael Welch, 35, was arrested Thursday at Rotary Park on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Anthony Rene Childers, 25, was arrested Thursday in the 2100 block of Clearwater Drive on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Allison Ester Bensley, 31, was arrested Wednesday in the 2100 block of Rio Grande Road on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. She was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
