Correction

A public record item in the Dec. 26 edition citing Tyler Fedorchik was incorrect. Tyler Fedorchik was fined $99 on a charge of failing to yield the right of way on Nov. 30. Rebecca Hernandez, 32, was sentenced to 2 days jail and fined $52 on Nov. 20 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Nov. 19

Alejandro R. Guana, 53, was sentenced to 2 days jail and fined $150 on a charge of disturbing the peace.

Ramon Martinez, 72, was fined $150 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Theodore G. Peters, 61, was sentenced to 9 months probation, 60 days license revocation and fined $925 on a charge of driving under the influence.

Estella Marquez, 40, was fined $550 on a charge of false reporting.

Regis L. Adams, 28, was sentenced to one day in jail, one year license revocation and fined $475 on charges of driving under suspension, licensing a vehicle without liability insurance and no proof of insurance.

Nov. 20

Brandon E. Benavides was sentenced to 90 days jail and fined $52 on a charge of failure to appear.

Brandon A. Schreiber, 36, was sentenced to 3 days jail and fined $52 on a charge of assault causing bodily injury to a person.

Jason Reich, 37, was fined $152 on a charge of disturbing the peace.

Jessica Johnson, 25, was sentenced to 45 days jail, six months license revocation and fined $650 on a charge of driving under the influence - drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nov. 21

Caleb Jacobs, 37, was sentenced to six days jail, 18 months driver’s license revocation, 15 months probation and sentenced to $1,105 on a charge of driving under the influence.

Sydney M. Heimbouch, 20, was fined $124 on a charge of following too close and failure to use a seat belt.

Reynada Hernandez, 38, was sentenced to 90 days jail and fined $68 on a charge of causing a child/adult to inhale methamphetamine.

Nov. 26

Damend Romero, 27, was fined $150 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Richard Cruz, 29, was fined $149 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Nov. 27

Carrie Ann Herman, 44, was sentenced to 60 days license revocation, 9 months probation and fined $875 on a charge of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a pretest.

Nov. 30

Joshua J. Weekes, 38, was fined $350 on a charge of speeding and no proof of insurance.

Dec. 3

Mary F. Smith, 60, was sentenced to 9 months probation, 60 days license revocation and fined $925 on a charge of driving under the influence.

Joseph Darnold, 34, was sentenced to 65 days jail and fined $50 on a charge of attempted third-degree domestic assault.

Carlos Firas, 31, was sentenced to 7 days jail and fined $50 on a charge of assault.

Bradley J. Metcalf, 23, was sentenced to 90 days jail and fined $550 on a charge of unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle.

Dec. 4

Dustin Cervantes-Spengler, 30, was fined $299 on a charge of attempted theft.

John M. Roche, 30, was fined $200 on a charge of driving under suspension and no valid registration.

Trini Trejo, 33, was fined $550 on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.

Christopher R. Hartsuiker, 25, was sentenced to one year license revocation, 10 days jail and fined $50 on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.

Dec. 5

Austen Ferguson, 22, was sentenced to 90 days jail and fined $50 on a charge of false reporting.
