BISMARCK, N.D. _ Supporters and opponents of bringing legal sports betting to North Dakota say money should be set aside to provide counseling for problem gamblers. North Dakota is one of many states attempting to capitalize on the U.S. Supreme Court’s lifting of a federal ban on sports gambling.
