Tuesday

Douglas County sheriff

12:45 a.m. — A sprinkler head is broken and spraying a lot of water in the 200 block of Curtin Park Road, Curtin.

9:22 a.m. — Three llamas were possibly abandoned at the old state park near milepost 57 on Highway 42, Camas Valley.

10:35 a.m. — Caller was out for a run with her students when a transient man started yelling at them and acting aggressive at the intersection of River Road and Third Street, Elkton.

12:26 p.m. — A 15-year-old girl is bringing marijuana into the house and continuing to see a boy her parents don’t like in the 100 block of Drifters Loop, Canyonville.

12:35 p.m. — Caller’s friend is giving him info about smuggling moonshine onto a plane in the 200 block of Plum Nearly Lane, Roseburg.

8:50 p.m. — A 6-year-old is running shirtless on the side of the road in the 300 block of Rivershore Drive, Roseburg.

9:56 p.m. — The neighbor’s horse is out and broke the caller’s fence in the 1400 block of Cattle Drive, Roseburg.

Tuesday

Douglas County sheriff

Kelly Richard Loughlin, 58, of La Mesa, on suspicion of stolen vehicle possession and unauthorized motor vehicle use.

Brandy Marie Sandoval, 33, of Winston, on suspicion of attempting to elude a police officer by vehicle, four counts of recklessly endangering another person, first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass and a parole violation.

Roseburg police

Ryland Trevor Benefiel, 21, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and first-degree theft.

Shane Harley Fields, 31, of Tenmile, on suspicion of third-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree theft.

Sutherlin police

Wyite Paul-Henry Marlow, 20, of Winston, on suspicion of first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief.
