July 1

Michael Mapes was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant and on charges of resisting a police officer and obstructing a police officer in the 2700 block of Pacific Boulevard.

Michael Graves Jr., 29, was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

July 4

Kevin Flaherty was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, third offense, driving under suspension and refusal of a chemical test after being involved in a collision at the intersection of Five Rocks and U Street.

July 5

A 16-year-old juvenile was cited on a charge of learner’s permit violation in the 2000 block of 10th Street.

Police investigated a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1900 block of R Street.

Amarjit Singh Kary was arrested on a charge of disturbing the peace in the 1200 block of 17th Street.

July 9

Richard McGowan was cited on a charge of driving under suspension.

July 1

Police investigated a burglary reported by a resident on Fourth Avenue.

Police cited Michael Mapes, 22, of Gering, on a charge of criminal mischief.

In the 1500 block of Avenue F, Xzilary Trevino, 25, of Lincoln, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Gomez had earlier been cited on a charge of criminal mischief in the 1600 block of 16th Avenue.

Kelley Meloney, 33, of Scottsbluff, was cited on a charge of trespassing.

Keishana Gomez, 18, of Scotstbluff, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, minor in possession and no operator’s license in the 900 block of West 18th Street.

July 2

In the 2700 block of Circle Drive, Ronnie Erickson, 31, of Denver, was cited on a charge of driving under suspension.

Police investigated a child abuse intake from Project Harmony.

Jason Haslow, 43, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault in the 1400 block of Third Avenue.

At Bluffs Middle School, Haley Tinney, 29, of Morrill, was cited on a charge of third-degree assault.

Police investigated a theft in the 1300 block of Fourth Avenue.

Police investigated an attempted burglary in the 100 block of Woodley Park Road.

July 3

Police investigated a vandalism at the former Albertson’s on Avenue B.

Police investigated a report of counterfeit bills passed at Maverick’s, 900 block of West 36th Street.

At Regional West Medical Center, Shawn Schwartz, 38, was cited on a charge of criminal mischief.

At Gametime, 1500 block of Broadway, police investigated a burglary. An X-Box IS was reported stolen.

In the 300 block of East 20th Street, police investigated a burglary. Fishing equipment was reported stolen from a garage.

Police investigated a report of an assault at a facility in the 2100 block of Circle Drive. Further information was not contained in the report.

Police investigated a burglary at the Lakota Lutheran Center, 1200 block of East Overland Drive.

July 4

In the 1900 block of 21st Avenue, Robert Moore, 51, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Amber Camacho, 31, was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
