Free concert, fellowship set for Friday, May 10
HUNTINGTON — The Advocate House and Second Presbyterian Church, located at 901 Jefferson Ave. in Huntington, are hosting a concert Friday, May 10, starting at 4:30 p.m.
Beginning before the concert, food and fellowship are open to the community to attend. Then, beginning at 6:30 p.m. the Chris Feller Band from the House of Grace Church in Ashland will play a free concert. Both dinner, fellowship and the concert are scheduled to take place at the Second Presbyterian Church.
The Advocate House has been open for seven years under the direction of Bobby Borders, who has 18 years of sobriety. The Advocate House is a ministry of the Second Presbyterian Church.
The Advocate House stated in a press release, “We are excited about bringing recovery to the West End of Huntington.
