HUNTINGTON — The following information was provided by police reports from the Huntington Police Department:
The Huntington Police Department listed 13 new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Thursday, according to the printout released by the department. However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details:
Petit larceny, 3:52 a.m. Thursday, 600 block of Hagan Street, Guyandotte.
Robbery — first degree, 2:30 a.m. Thursday, 3000 block of Chase Street.
Fugitive from justice, 7:53 p.m. Wednesday, 2200 block of 5th Avenue.
Information report, noon Wednesday, 800 block of 8th Street.
Burglary, entry of dwelling or outhouse, 9 a.m. Wednesday, 400 block of 6th Avenue.
Petit larceny, 11:40 a.m. Jan. 14, 1100 block of 28th Street.
Stolen auto/auto theft, 10 a.m. Wednesday, 2100 block of 8th Avenue.

Absconding, fraudulently obtaining food or lodging, 2 a.m. Wednesday, 800 block of 17th Street.
Absconding, fraudulently obtaining food or lodging, 3 a.m. Jan. 16, 800 block of 17th Street.
The following information was provided by booking records kept at Western Regional Jail:
Ryan Vance, 25, was jailed at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with fraudulent use of an access device and attempt to commit a felony. Bond was $13,000.
Robert James Thomas, 23, was jailed at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Bond was $15,000.
Megan Rose Lycans, 24, was jailed at 1:30 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy. Bond was not set.
