LC Captures League Title

Lowell Catholic defeated Matignon, 174-68, at Four Oaks CC to clinch its third straight Catholic Central League Small School title.

Nate Sayer finished at 2-under par while recording 40 points as Lowell Catholic posted an impressive Senior Day victory at Four Oaks CC.

Also playing well for the Crusaders were James Giblin (30 points), Tim Picard (27 points), Connor Doherty (26 points) and Christian Ruggiero (25 points).

Lowell Catholic improved its overall record to 8-2.

Lowell beat Chelmsford in an MVC match held at Chelmsford Country Club.

Trevor Green, Owen Goulette, Matt Asselin, Ben Asselin, Patrick Cote, Brock Pare, Nick Mandeville and Thomas Carolan won their matches for the Red Raiders (5-5).

Cam LeRoux, DJ Ducharme and Aidan Sullivan each carded a 41 while leading Shawsheen Tech past Northeast at CAC match held at Hillview GC in North Reading.

Sean Murphy shot at 43 for the Rams, who are 8-2 overall and 8-0 in the CAC.

Billerica (5-4) received wins from Colin Cameron (3&2) Garrett Murphy (2&1) and Connor McGonagle (3&1) at this MVC match.

Murphy and Cameron teamed up to win their best ball match (2&1).

Haverhill beat Dracut in an MVC match at Hickory Hill GC,

Connor Jones won his match 2-up for Dracut. Adam Laferriere halved his match for the Middies.

Andrew Dickson and Jack Leahy also played well.
