MINERVA BREWER, 92, of Dingess, W.Va., widow of Clarence Brewer, died April 2. Funeral services will 1 p.m., Thursday, Cornerstone Christian Center, Dingess, W.Va.; burial will follow at the Marcum Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, Ky.

MAUD LYNN GILL CONNOLLY of Leon, W.Va., died April 2. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, Deal Funeral Home, Point Pleasant, W.Va.; burial will follow in Eddy Chapel Cemetery, Leon, W.Va. Visitation will be two hours before service at the funeral home.

KENNETH EDWARD MAYNARD SR., 76 of West Logan, W.Va., fiancé of Cindy Toler, died April 1 at home. He was a coal miner. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Akers-James Funeral Home, Logan, W.Va.; burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Godby, W.Va. WILLIS G. KELLEY, 75, of Huntington, widower of Sharon Sowards Kelley, died April 1 at home. He was a retired truck driver with Enterprise Transportation. MILDRED JAKUBKA KUBILIS, 98, of Barboursville, widow of John Kubilis, died April 2, in Huntington Health and Rehabilitation. She was a retired Office Efficiency Manager with the U.S. Government, having last worked at Red Stone Arsenal in Huntsville, Ala., as a civilian employee of the U.S. Army. Inurnment of her ashes will be in Church of the Mediator Memorial Gardens Columbarium, Meridian, Missisippi. Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family. MYRTLE LOUISE McCLOUD, 79, of Huntington, widow of Robert McCloud Sr., died April 2, at home. She worked for Owens-Illinois for 25 years. JOAN JORDAN MURREY, 83, of Green, Ohio, formerly of Huntington, widow of Dr. Charles Murrey, died Feb. 20, 2018. She worked as a nurse at the Woodlands Retirement Community.
