Longmont police were called to the 1600 block of Main Street for a possible narcotics violation on Friday. A man was contacted in the area. He was later found to have an active warrant for his arrest. Through their investigation officers also located a small amount of narcotics in the man’s belongings. He was placed under arrest without incident for the warrant and the narcotics.
Longmont police responded to the 1700 block of Main Street at about 2:15 p.m. Friday on a report of an intoxicated male party. The male was found to have several warrants and was taken to the Boulder County Jail.
A vehicle trespass report was received Friday from the 600 block of Peck Drive. A woman reported her vehicle was entered and personal property was stolen from inside. The case is closed.
At about 2:30 p.m. Friday , Longmont officers located a man in the 100 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard who had an active felony warrant for his arrest. The case was cleared by arrest.
Police on Friday investigated graffiti painted on the Pagoda at Kanemoto Park. A suspect was developed in the investigation but at this time there is not enough information to continue the investigation. The case is closed.
Longmont officers responded to the report Friday of a broken window at 1140 Boston Ave., #A, a vacant building that is being prepared for demolition. There is no suspect information and the case will be closed.
