March 26

Tyler A. Golden, 25, was sentenced to 45 days in jail, six months license revocation and fined $625 on a charge of driving under the influence.

Kassi Onstott, 27, was fined $300 on a charge of aiding and abetting false reporting.

Darius M. Afraid of Hawk, 46, was sentenced to 41 days in jail and fined $50 on a charge of third-degree domestic assault.

Lovey Cosme, 30, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $54 on a charge of criminal mischief.

March 27

Crystal Shanley, 25, was sentenced to 90 days in jail on charges of committing child abuse by neglect.

Bobby J. Hernandez, 38, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, one year license revocation and fined $602 on charges of driving under suspension, no registration in vehicle and no license on person.

Timothy Seymour, 52, was sentenced to 13 months in jail, one year license revocation, 60 days community service and fined $1,051 on charges of driving under the influence (BAC over .15).

Blendon Olson, 22, was sentenced to one day in jail and fined $552 on a charge of assault causing bodily injury to a person.

Rosemary Ramon, 40, was sentenced to 60 days in jail and one year of license revocation.

March 29

Jessica E. Bauerkemper, 36, was sentenced to one day in jail, one year license revocation, six months probation, to include 60 hours of community service, and driving under the influence (BAC over 1.5) and refuse to submit to a pretest.

April 1

Deputies received a child abuse and neglect intake. The allegations were unfounded.

At South Beltline and 21st Avenue, a deputy observed a driver speeding and conducted a traffic stop. The driver, Lillie Lupfer, was cited on a charge of driving under suspension and speeding.

April 8

Deputies received a report of fraud, alleged to have occurred in December 2018.

April 9

Deputies investigated a protection order violation at Lucky Keno in Scottsbluff. Clifford Bowles, 42, was arrested on charges of protection order violation and narcotics violation.

April 11

Deputies received a child abuse and neglect intake, with allegations reported to have occurred in Minatare. The allegations did not indicate neglect or abuse.

April 12

Deputies investigated a child abuse and neglect intake. No arrests or citations were noted.

April 13

10:51 p.m. — At County Road X and Wright’s Gap Road, Jodie Shaske, 42, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, refusal to submit to preliminary breath tests and chemical tests and possession of an open container.

April 14

Deputies investigated an incident on Ridge Drive. Andrew Brannan, 19, was arrested on charges of disturbing the peace and terroristic threats.

April 15

Deputies investigated an adult protective services intake reported to have occurred in Henry. The investigation will be handled by the Lyman Police Department.

Deputies received a child abuse and neglect intake reported at a Gering residence. The case was referred to the Gering Police Department for follow up.

10:52 p.m. — Deputies stopped a vehicle in the 3400 block of 10th Street. Passenger Tiffany Pyle was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (hashish/wax) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

11:32 p.m. — Deputies arrested Erin Altamirano on a Scotts Bluff County arrest warrant at a residence in the 100500 area of Airport Road.

April 16

Deputies investigated an assault reported at the Scotts Bluff County Detention Center. Dominic Ladu was charged with aggravated assault by a confined person.

Deputies investigated a child abuse and neglect intake, with allegations reported to have occurred in Melbeta. The report did not contain any indication of neglect or abuse.
