SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) _ Brian Loney scored his first two goals of the season and Lonny Bohonos kept his point-scoring streak alive as the Syracuse Crunch beat Hershey 7-5 Friday night in the American Hockey League.
Bohonos has now scored in all 10 of Syracuse’s games.
Syracuse (3-5-2) got goals in the first period from Alex Stojanov, Daryl Filipek and Bohonos, and from Rick Girard in the second before Hershey scored at the 8:04 mark on a goal by Andre Faust. Hershey (3-6) got another goal from Chris Therien to draw to 4-2.
Yuri Kuznetsov’s goal at the 6:54 mark of the third period proved to be the game-winner for Syracuse, as each team scored three times in the third period. Loney scored his two goals, and Clayton Norris, Paul Jerrard and Denis Metlyuk tallied for the Bears.
